Haddock (fish), 12 oz (remove)
Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)
*Minced garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
Lime Juice, .5 fl oz (remove)
Onions, raw, .5 small (remove)
Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Diced Tomatoes (No Salt Added), 0.5 cup (remove)
Let stand for 15 minutes; place in shallow baking dish sprayed with PAM.
Cover with of diced onions, tomatoes, and cilantro, Bake, uncovered at 350Â° for 45 minutes, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork and still moist.
