Ingredients

    Kale, 8 cup, chopped , (about 5 stalks)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    *garlic, minced in a jar, Great Value, 1 tbsp
    *Smithfield Naturally Hickory Smoked Bacon - 2 slices, .25 serving ( pre-fried, fat drained, for flavoring only , did not eat)

Directions

put all in pot cover with water bring to a boil let boil only until it gets a darker green. Do not cook until it is "mushy"

Serving Size: makes about 2 2-Cup servings
