Ingredients

    3 15.5 oz cans garbanzo beans (aka chick peas)
    9 eggs
    1 1/4 Cup honey
    1/2 Cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
    3 Tablespoons coconut oil
    1 teaspoon baking powder

    Frosting:
    16 oz. neufchatel cheese
    2 Tablespoons unprepared frozen orange juice concentrate
    1/2 Cup honey

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender, putting beans in last. Run until smoothly blended. Pour into 2 greased 9 inch round pans. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
