Ingredients

    1 large head of cabbage
    5 large chopped carrots
    10 large chopped celery stalks
    2 can Rotell Tomatoes
    2 large bell peppers- chopped
    4 medium onions, chopped
    4 cups fresh green beans
    8 cups tomatoe juice

Directions

put everything in a pot and bring to boil. When veges are tender, it's ready to eat. For added flavor, add a packet of onion soup mix.
