This is a great and healthy way to get your greens. Delicious. I sometimes add a little flax oil but don't have any on hand so didn't put it in the recipe. Ingredients

Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
Spinach, fresh, 3 cup (remove)
Water, tap, 4 fl oz (remove)
Bottled Cranberry Juice Cocktail, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Oranges, 1 large (3-1/16" dia) (remove)
Swiss Chard, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
Kale, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
Parsley, 3 tbsp (remove)
Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .25 cup, unthawed (remove)
Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, .25 cup, thawed (remove)
*costco frozen mixed fruit, .5 cup (remove)
Chia Seed Gel (my best estimate), .33 cup (remove)
Omega Nutrition Flax Oil - 2tsp, 9 tsp (remove)

Directions
Put Kale and Spinach with chia gel water and cranberry juice puree in blender till smooth. Then add partially thawed fruit. Enjoy!
