2 cups all-purpose flour
2 Cups Granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp.baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup butter ( I use I believe it's not butter)
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
In a large bowl, put flour, sugar and baking soda. Make a well in the center and add the eggs, vanilla and crushed pineapple. Mix well to blend.
Bake 40 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
To make frosting: in a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Beat until creamy. Spread on warm cake.
Serving Size: 24-2" pieces
