Baked Oatmeal - custom

Introduction

Altered from lo cal baked oatmeal to use whole eggs and less salt. Altered from lo cal baked oatmeal to use whole eggs and less salt.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 C unsweetened applesauce
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp cinnamon
    .25 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 C dry old fashioned oatmeal
    1 C nonfat milk (or use 1/3C powdered nonfat milk + 1C water)

    optional - according to your tastes:
    3T no-calorie sweetener
    1t nutmeg
    1/2t ginger
    1/4t allspice
    1/8t cloves

Directions

Heat oven to 350

Beat together applesauce and eggs, then add everything else. Spray an 8x8 or 9x9 pan with oil, than pour batter in.

Bake for 30 minutes. Cool slightly, slice & enjoy!

TIP:
Add 3 overripe mashed bananas and each square will have appx. 125 calories.
