Introduction

These are hearty and yummy! This is a big batch.
Crushed Pecans, Dried Cranberries, and mixed frozen berries cooked in are also VERY yummy! But I did not include them here.

Ingredients

    3 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    3 Tbs Sugar
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    3/4 tsp Baking Soda
    3 Extra Large Eggs
    3 cups Light Vanilla Soy Milk
    2 Tbs Canola Oil
    4 Tbs Unsweetened Applesauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Cook....Enjoy!
