Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 c Whole Grain Bulgur (cracked wheat)
    1 T minced garlic
    1 T parsley
    2 c water

Directions

Heat bulgur in pan about 2 minutes. Add garlic, heat through while stirring, about 2 minutes. Add parsley and water. Bring to boil, turn heat down and simmer about 30 minutes until most water is gone. Makes 4 - 3/4 cup servings
