Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes with Ham and Peas

Introduction

A crowd pleaser in our house. I wasn't able to find reduced fat ham, so the nutrional information is with regular ham. Obviously, reduced fat ham will lower the fat and calories. Ingredients

    9 small pototoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    3 cups ham, sliced
    1 sweet onion, chopped
    2 cans Healthy Request Crm Mushroom soup
    1 cup skim milk
    1.25 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1 tsp garlic powder
    paprika to taste

Directions

1. Mix soup, milk and garlic powder in a large bowl.

2. Add sliced potatoes, onions and peas.

3. Place half of potato mixture in greased 13x9 pan, top with half of cheese. Repeat with remaining potato mixture and cheese. Sprinkle paprika to taste on top.

4. Cover and bake in preheated oven at 375 for 90 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
