Yummy Whipped Butternut Squash

Introduction

Wonderful warm sweet & spiced treat Wonderful warm sweet & spiced treat
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 cups diced butternut squash
    1 Tbsp Margarine
    1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    4 packets Splenda (more or less to your taste)
    1 tsp Salt (more or less to your taste)
    1 splash of skim milk

Directions

Boil squash for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain. return to pot & mash with potato masher. Add margarine, cinnamon, splenda, salt, & then milk (splash of milk just to add a slight bit of creaminess---eyeball the amount for desired consistency)
Serve & Enjoy!
