Introduction

This is a great alternative to crock pot pizza by using spagetti squash and ground turkey instead of pasta a beef. This is a great alternative to crock pot pizza by using spagetti squash and ground turkey instead of pasta a beef.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    5 oz ground white turkey (97% lean) - browned
    1/2 cup fat free mozzarella cheese
    1 cup marinara sauce or spagetti sauce
    2 cups spagetti squash - cooked
    8 pepperonis

Directions

Mix cooked spagetti squash, ground turkey, marinara sauce, and 1/4 cup of cheese in a small baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of cheese on top and place pepporonis on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in oven for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
