Dutch Baby Mini

A wonderful self rising mini pancake that is a great low cal vehicle for a treat. I like filling of strawberries and drizzled strawberry syrup. But maple syrup, or other creative ideas work well.. Ingredients

Mix: -with notes of calories based on brand I use
1/4 Cup white flour (115 Cal)
1/2 T of sugar (23 Cal)
dash of salt
1 egg (70 cal)
1/4 Cup skim milk (23 Cal)

Directions
Put reg. size muffin pans in over and pre-heat to 390.
When oven reaches 390 mix all the ingrediants. Whisk until the batter is very smooth.
Bring muffin pans out of over and spray inside of each muffin hole with butter flavored Pam.
Pour a thin layer into muffin tins. (I make 9 from this batter.)
Return to the oven.
Batter will rise up the side of the muffin tins, and edges will become golden brown. Leave in till bottom of batter is done. (It can take up to 20 minutes)
Pull out, shells should lift easily out of muffin tin.
Fill with fruit, or your fav... and enjoy.
9 servings of 231 calories = 25.6 calories a shell.
