No Bake Brownie Ball

Introduction

These could easily be made raw by removing the oats. These could easily be made raw by removing the oats.
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    84 grams raw almonds (3/4 cup)
    158 grams pitted dates (1 cup)
    30 grams cocoa powder (6 Tbsp)
    60 grams oats (3/4 cup)

Directions

Soak almonds for an hour. Process almonds and dates until a ball begins to form. Add cocoa powder and oats and process further until a ball forms. Scrape sides, continue to process until desired consistency. Add water or almond milk if necessary. Form into 18 equal balls. Store in refrigerator or freezer.

18 1-inch balls.
