Directions

Finely chop the onions and peppers and place in a large bowl
Crush the garlic cloves and add to bowl
Add all the other ingredients and mix well
At this stage you can add more Corriander powder and Cumin Powder to taste if necessary

Alternatively:
If you have a food processor put all the ingredients into the food processor and 'pulse' for a few seconds but be careful that the salsa doesn't get pureed. You want it to remain rough and crunchy.

Serve with celery sticks, carrot sticks, low fat crackers, low fat tortilla chips, small rice cakes etc - or you can place a sandwich thin in the oven for about 5 minutes - it becomes very crisp like crackers so is great to break up and use to dip into the salsa.

Just 67 calories for a 160ml serving!
