Introduction

This is a good dish to make the night before & bake in the morning while making the holiday dinner. Feeds the family & keeps them out of the kitchen (& out of your hair). It's a holiday dish & not low cal, but can be easily adjusted. This is a good dish to make the night before & bake in the morning while making the holiday dinner. Ingredients

    6 Eggs
    8oz bread
    6 scallions rough chopped
    4oz Mozzarella cheese
    c Parmesan shredded (not powdered or grated)
    1c grated cheddar cheese
    c sour cream

Directions

Put all ingredients except for bread in food processor & blend to oblivion. Put bread in casserole dish (I use rectangular pan) & pour egg goop over bread. Put in fridge overnight.

Bake at 350 for 30 min.
