Cornbread : 9 Servings

Submitted by: KARENSUEBURTON

Introduction

Grandma used to call it "Johnny Cake". "Corn bread," she said, "does not have sugar". Seems she grew up in Missouri, eating cornbread, but my grandpa grew up in northwestern Ohio, eating Johnny Cake. So she made Johnny Cake because that is what we all liked. But she never let us call it cornbread! Grandma used to call it "Johnny Cake". "Corn bread," she said, "does not have sugar".
