Cottage Cheese : 1 Serving

    1/2 c. cottage
    salt & pepper to taste
    chives (optional)


Pack 1/2 cup of cottage cheese into a small plastic container.
Top with salt & pepper (don't knock it until you've tried it).
Keep cool until ready to eat.

I divide a whole container into small plastic containers as soon as I get home from the store, so we have quick healthy snacks ready to go.
