Introduction

Ingredients

    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 large, chopped
    * Onions, raw, 1/5 cup, chopped
    * Cucumber, 2 medium, peeled and chopped
    * *Fresh Mint 3 Tbsp
    * Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp
    * Lemon juice, 1/4 cup
    * Pepper, black, 1 1/2 tsp of pepper
    * Salt, 10 dash

Directions

Chop the tomatoes, onions, cucumber into bite sized pieces.

Finely chop the mint.

Add the lemon juice and olive oil along with the herb to the vegetables in a bowl.

Salt and Pepper it to your liking.
