Spicy Chinese Noodles

Ingredients

    4 oz pasta
    3 tbsp chunky peanut butter
    1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
    3 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes (adjust for HEAT)
    3 tbsp finely chopped green opions
    3 tbsp coarse chopped white onions
    1 pat of salted butter
    1 tsp olive oil

Directions

Pull out all your ingredients, as this sauce cooks quick
Cook pasta according to the directions on package, then drain but reserve 1 cup of pasta water for sauce.
While the pasta is cooking, in a small sauce pan sweat the white onions with the butter and oil then add soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, peanut butter and crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste).
Mix together the pasta and peanut sauce. If the pasta is to dry add some of the reserved pasta water.
Garnish with green onions.

Serving Size: One big and tasty serving with Heat
