Lettuce Wraps : 4 Servings

Introduction

Weight Watchers Week 1 recipe, but I substituted ground turkey for the ground beef. Weight Watchers Week 1 recipe, but I substituted ground turkey for the ground beef.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 onion
    2 T. ginger root, ground
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 head bok choy, thinly sliced
    1 red bell pepper
    2 c. button mushrooms, sliced
    2 T. low-sodium soy sauce
    1 head iceburg lettuce

Directions

Coat large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray. Add meat, onion, ginger and garlic. Cook until meat is brown and onions are soft. Add vegetables and cok 3-5 minutes, until bok choy is wilted.
Makes 4 servings.
