Introduction

I watched my sister in law make THE BEST macaroni and cheese dish yesterday. This is a healthier version that allows me to have my macaroni and cheese and not feel guilty about it. I watched my sister in law make THE BEST macaroni and cheese dish yesterday. This is a healthier version that allows me to have my macaroni and cheese and not feel guilty about it.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup macaroni
    4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. skim milk

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Cook macaroni according to package directions.

3. Spray a small baking dish with cooking spray. Layer 1/2 macaroni, then 1/2 cheese, then the rest of the macaroni, and the rest of the cheese. Pour milk over top.

4. Bake 350 degrees until cheese is melted, 15-20 minutes.

Makes 4 1/2 cup servings.
