Introduction

This is from the Biggest Loser. Great with ketchup and/or mustard. Makes 4 hearty servings for a main course or 8 smaller servings if serving with pasta & sauce. This is from the Biggest Loser. Ingredients

    3/4 c. panko breadcrumbs
    1/3 c. milk
    1 lb ground chicken breast
    1 egg
    1/4 c. parsley leaves
    4 t. parmesan cheese
    2 t. garlic powder
    2 t. onion powder
    1/2 t. salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Combine breadcrumbs and milk and set aside.
3. Combine chicken with egg whites and spices and mix well.
4. Add breadcrumbs to meat and mix well.
5. Roll into 16 large meatballs, or 32 smaller ones
6. Bake 12-15 minutes.
