We used the fruit we had on hand New Year's Day to make a smoothie, and it was good, so we decided to write it down and make it again! and again.. and again... Ingredients

1/4 whole pineapple, juiced
1 small orange, juiced
3 frozen strawberries
handful of frozen raspberries
1/2 banana
Directions
1. Juice the pineapple and orange.
2. Put the frozen fruit, banana and juice in the blender.
3. Serve with a straw.
