Chicken and Vegetable casarole

Ingredients

    Dice chicken breast and mix with all ingredients in 13 X 9 pan. Fresh or canned vegetables may be used in place of frozen or canned. other vegetables may be substituted. Salt, pepper and season to taste.

Directions

Place in13 X 9 Pan and bake at 350 for 60-120 minutes or until rice is soft and chicken is cooked completed(pre-cook rice on stove top to reduce cook time to 30 minutes)
