Introduction

Starts with a box, comes together quickly, but is higher in calories than most of our dinners. Starts with a box, comes together quickly, but is higher in calories than most of our dinners.

Ingredients

    Thai Kitchen Original Pad Thai
    1 T. olive oil
    1 egg
    4 oz. chicken breast, cubed
    1 c. bean sprouts
    1 oz. peanuts


Directions

Follow directions on the box, using only 1 T. olive oil instead of 3 T. vegetable oil, and using water as needed to keep moisture in the pan while cooking.
I also increase the bean sprouts to 1 cup, and garnish with cilantro and/or green onions when I have them.
