V4 Juice : 2 Servings

Introduction

If you add parsley, spinach, lettuce, watercress and salt, it would be V8 Juice! If you add parsley, spinach, lettuce, watercress and salt, it would be V8 Juice!

Ingredients

    3 tomatoes
    1 beet (leaves, stems & all!)
    1 carrot
    1 celery stalk

Directions

Wash well and juice it!

Serves 2.

I save time by cleaning and sizing the vegetables for the juicer the night before. Then all I have to do in the morning is run it through and clean the juicer.
