Ingredients

    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can, 3 serving
    Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can, 3 serving
    V8 Vegetable Juice Cocktail 32 oz
    Plum Tomato (Canned) 1 can LARGE
    Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt, 14 o can
    Chili powder, 1 tsp
    cumin powder, .5 tbsp
    Curry powder, .5 tsp
    * *Onion - Raw, chopped, .5 cup (remove)

Directions

brown ground turkey and chopped onion in big pot, add spices, beans, juice, plum tomatoes, and stewed tomatoes. Cook over medium heat til it starts to bubble, stir occasionally. Lower heat and simmer. Longer simmering should improve flavor. Adjust spices as needed.
