Introduction

I love quiche for dinner. I use the veggis and cheese that I have around. I love quiche for dinner. I use the veggis and cheese that I have around.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    * Garlic, 3 clove
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.33 cup cherry tomatoes
    * Birds Eye Baby Broccoli Florets, 1.5 cup
    * Stop & Shop Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, 0.5 cup
    * Chobani Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt, 6 oz
    * Garelick Farms Over the Moon Fat Free Milk, 0.25 cup
    * Stop & Shop Deep Dish 9" Frozen Pie Crust (1/8 Pie), 1 serving
    * Egg, fresh, 5 large

Directions

1. Saute Veggis.
2. Whisk together eggs and greek yogurt.
3. Mix in cheese and sauted veggis.
4. Pour in mixture into pie crust. (Tip: put pie crust in tin on cookie sheet just in case it spills).
5. Bake at 375 for 30-45min or until cooked all the way through. Enjoy! Serves 8.
