this is something i put together, it's very good its a single serving only because i only cook for myself my children are grown and live on there own. i kept it simple but very good.well i hope you all enjoy it as much as i do. this is something i put together, it's very good its a single serving only because i only cook for myself my children are grown and live on there own. i kept it simple but very good.well i hope you all enjoy it as much as i do.

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Broccoli, frozen, 100 grams
    Flank Steak, 2 oz
    *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    *Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 2 tbsp

Directions

bring 2 cups of water to a boil , add frozen broccoli boil for about 5 to 6 min. while broccoli is boiling ,cut meat into thin strips. spray pan with non-stick spray and brown the meat set aside . drain the broccoli then combine with the beef strips add soy sauce and stir fry sauce. stir fry over medium heat. just until everything is combined very well.

Serving Size: makes 1- 1-1/2 cup servings.
