Vegetable Stew

Ingredients

    4 garlic cloves
    1 very large onion
    2 sweet potatoes, large
    2 potatoes, large
    2 parsnips
    2 carrots, large
    1/4 cup frozen peas
    2 bay leaves
    Chicken stock

Directions

Chop up veg, put garlic & onion and oil in pan start to soften.

Add all other veg - turning regularly.

Add stock

Simmer until veg is soft!
