Introduction

This is a very common Indian curry. Every household makes it and it is always different in every house. This is a very common Indian curry. Every household makes it and it is always different in every house.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    300 gms Potatoes
    2 Md size tomatoes
    100 gms frozen Peas
    1 tsp grated ginger
    2 cloves garlic
    1 cup chopped Onions
    2-3 Green hot peppers

    Dry Spices
    1 tspCilantro seed powder
    1 tsp Red Hot pepper powder
    1/2 tsp Turmeric
    1/4 tsp Garam Masala
    1/4 cup chopped Cilantro leaves
    1 tbsp Oil





Directions

Boil Potatoes, dice them to 1/2".
Heat the oil in a wok, Add the chopped onion and let it cook for a few minutes, Add chopped ginger and hot peppers.. AS it mixes add the tomatoes. A few minutes later add the thawed peas, to the mixture, Add all the dry ingredients.
Keep boiling water handy and add two cups of water to the mixture.
Serve garnished with the chopped cilantro
