Apricot Nut and Seed Balls

Introduction

Could easily be made raw by leaving out the oats and flax. Could easily be made raw by leaving out the oats and flax.
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    170 grams dried apricots
    62 grams raw pepitas (1/2 cup)
    26 grams ground flax seed (1/4 cup)
    40 grams old fashioned oats (1/2 cup)
    84 grams raw almonds (3/4 cup)

Directions

Soak almonds in water for one hour. Process all ingredients in food processor until ball forms. Form into 18 1-inch balls. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
