Kim Wojcik's Fruit Salsa

Introduction

Great with crackers, pita chips, etc. Great with crackers, pita chips, etc.

Ingredients

    Apples, fresh, 2 large peeled, cored and chopped
    Kiwi Fruit, 2 fruit peeled and chopped
    Raspberries, 1 cup
    Strawberries, fresh, 1 pint as purchased, chopped
    Jams and preserves, sugar-free, 3 tbsp
    *Sucralose (like Splenda) 2 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 1 tbsp

Directions

Mix chopped fruit together. Add sugars and preserves. Cover and chill for at least 15 minutes.
