1 carrot sliced
2 large potatoes cubed
1/2 an onion sliced
1 package of morningstar steak stripes
1/3 cabbage head shredded
1tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp horseradish
1 can of broth
2 tbsp wheat flour
Mix together the mustard, vinegar, and horseradish. Add broth. Add to vegetables. Heat for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
Once cooked take out the watery stuff and add to a pot. Add wheat flour and make gravy. Enjoy!
