Ingredients

    *Canola Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    *WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR (STONE GROUND)-GOLD MEDAL, 1 cup
    *Oat flour, Arrowhead Mills, 1 cup
    *Gold Medal Better for Bread Flour, 1 cup
    *Bob's Red Mill Oat Bran, 0.33 cup
    *bob's Red Mill Rolled Oats, .25 cup
    *organic sugar, 4 tsp
    *Yeast, Red Str Active Dry Yeast, 3 tsp
    1 1/4 cups warm water
    1 1/2 tsp sea salt
