Lo Cal Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients

    1 pkt 25 cal diet cocoa mix
    half box(about 1 3/4 cups) Moist style Devil's Food Cake Mix
    1/2 cup fat free egg substitute
    1 tbsp Splenda
    1/8 tsp Salt

Directions

preheat oven 350
combine cocoa w/2oz hot water, stir til mixed. add 6oz cold water, stir and set ashide.
mix cake mix, egg sub, splenda, salt and cocoa whisk until smooth.
line 12 muffin cups and distribute batter evenly.
bake for 15 min. let cool.
this recipe is without the topping or mini chocolate chips.
