Chicken Stir Fry

Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts without skin/bone
    onion, chopped
    celery, 3 ribs, chopped
    sweet bell peppers, 1 chopped
    bean sprouts
    sweet peas
    garlic to taste

Directions

Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces, place in a large wok with a little olive oil along with some chopped garlic. Cook chicken until no longer pink. Add onion, celery, peas and cook for another 5 minutes. Throw in the rest of the veggies and allow to cook to tender.

Mix corn starch up with a little water and pour into a well in the center of the frying pan until it bubbles, then mix well with veggies and chicken until thick.
Enjoy!
