Introduction

Pork Loin 18 oz. Trimmed
15 bean soup mix wi/flavor packet
frozen corn 16 oz.
onions 8 oz.
green pepper 1/2 chopped
Garlic 5 cloves
Canned diced tomatoes/ no salt added.14.50 oz.
Jalapeno pepper ( if desired, as needed)

frozen corn 16 oz.
onions 8 oz.
green pepper 1/2 chopped
Garlic 5 cloves
Canned diced tomatoes/ no salt added.14.50 oz.

Ingredients

    Pork loin 18 oz. trimmed
    15 Bean soup mix wi/ flavor packet
    Frozen corn 16 oz.
    onions 1 cup chopped
    pepper, green 1/2 cup chopped
    Garlic 5 cloves
    Canned diced tomatoes/ no salt added
    Jalapeno peppers chopped ( if desired)
    Chili powder 1 tsp.
    Juice of 1 lemon ( 3 tbsp Real Lemon)



Directions

serving size 1/2 cup
Soak beans according to directions
simmer beans and pork for 2 1/2 hours uncovered
Then add onions, garlic, pepper chili powder and tomatoes and simmer uncovered for 30 min..
Add flavor packet 1-2 min before cooking time completed.
