Orange Quinoia

Ingredients

    1 cup quinoia
    1-1/4 cup orange juice
    3/4 cup water
    1 tbs agave
    1tbs olive oil
    ground almonds to garnish

Directions

bring orange juice, water, agave and olive oil to a boil. Add quinoia, bring back to boil. Cover, simmer approx 12 minutes on medium or until liquid is absorbed. Let stand 15 minutes. Sprinkle with amonds.
