Black bean brownies

Introduction

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    1 cup sugar
    3 tablespoons canola oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla (optional)
    1 tablesppon strong coffee (optional)
    pinch of salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 8x8 or 9x9 square bake pan. Put all ingredients into food processor or blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes. Cool before cutting.

Serving Size: Cut into nine, twelve, or sixteen squares. Nutrition calculated for nine squares
