Dried Fruit and Almond

This mix can be used alone or sprinkled over oatmeal, salad, yogurt... This mix can be used alone or sprinkled over oatmeal, salad, yogurt...
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    12 dates (approximately 1 cup)
    12 figs
    1 C whole almonds

Directions

Put the dates and half of the almonds in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Pour into a sealable container.

Repeat the process with the figs and remaining almonds. Add the date mixture and stir together.

Refrigerate at least 1/2 hour before serving.

Serving Size: makes 24, 2 tablespoon servings
