Ginger Soy Pork Chop Marinade

Ingredients

    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    3 tbsp brown sugar or honey
    1/3 onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions

1. Whisk all ingredients together.
2. Add to seared pork chops and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
