Chicken Lime Fajitas

Ingredients

    2 lbs chicken breast, sliced into 1/4 inch strips
    2 medium onions, cut into 1/2 moon strips
    2 bell peppers, cut into strips
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp low sodium worcestershire sauce
    2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp each (or to taste) cayanne & chili powder
    1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    Juice & zest of one lime

Directions

Slice chicken, peppers & onions and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Allow to marinate for 30-45 minutes.

Heat pan over medium high heat and spray with cooking spray. Add chicken and toss to cook evenly, approximately 8-10 minutes. Once chicken is cooked through, remove from pan and set aside. Spray pan with more cooking spray and add vegetables. Cook until onions are beginning to brown and peppers are soft. Add chicken to vegetables and toss to re-heat and combine.

Serve with your favorite tortillas and toppings (not included in calorie count).
