Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Stewed Tomatoes, 1.91 cup
    Baby Carrots, raw, 6 medium
    Hunt's Ketchup, 6 tbsp
    Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg Organic 1 tbl (.5 ounce), 1 oz
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 0.6 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Brown Sugar, 2 tsp unpacked
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, except 1 T of the ketchup, cider and brown sugar. Using your hand works best! Fill 12 muffin tins. Mix remaining ketchup, vinegar and brown sugar in a small bowl. Spoon over muffins. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
