Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients

    5 oz lean pork loin
    2 medium carrots
    2 small squash
    1 cup broccoli
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 cup water
    2 tbsp flour

Directions

Heat olive oil in pan, add vegetables. Cook on medium high for 5 minutes. Add cooked pork loin, stir. Mix water, flour, soy sauce and ginger. Add to vegetable mixture. Cook until thickened.
