Spicy a little sweet and yummy scallops Spicy a little sweet and yummy scallops
Number of Servings: 4


    Combine and Boil until reduced to syrup
    3 TB Agave
    1/4 Tsp Paprika
    1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
    1/4 C. Lemon Juice

    12 oz Scallops
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    Sea Salt & Black Pepper
    After cooked, remove from pan and keep warm
    In Saute pan, add 1 tsp Olive oil and 1/2 spinach
    Deglaze pan with spinach.
    Add remaining Spinach and cook just until wilted.

    Serve Scallops over bed of spinach, drizzle sauce over the top.


Serving Size: Makes 4 - 5 Scallop Servings
