Sturdy Green Tea Cream

Introduction

Green tea flavored whipped cream made from skim milk. I like making green tea Mochi with this. You can also use it on cakes, as it does not melt too easily. Ingredients

8 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened
    10 tsp. splenda
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    2 cups skim milk
1 tbsp. matcha green tea powder

Directions

1) Using an extremely strong blender (don't bother with using skim milk, go with heavy cream, if you don't have a really fast blender; fast hand blenders work better for me), whip the skim milk with splenda and green tea powder.

2) In another bowl, use an electric mixer and blend the cream cheese with vanilla and almond extract.

3) When the skim milk mixture can form stiff peaks, and the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and almond extract are one solution, add the skim milk mixture into the cream cheese mixture and with the help with the electric mixer, blend them together.
