Jalapeno Pineapple Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

Jalapeno Peppers, 4 pepper seeded, & chopped
Polaner All Fruit Pineapple Spread .5 cup
Red Bell Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
Brown Sugar, 2 tablespoons
Atlantic Salmon (fish), 2 lbs
Directions
Heat grill to 450. Line sheet pan with foil, & top wih grilling mesh sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
Combine jalapenos, pineapple, bell pepper, & brown sugar in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave in high for 1 min. Divide glaze, reserving 1/2 for serving with salmon.
Place fillets skin side down on prepared grilling mesh, season with salt, & pepper to taste, & brush with 1/2 of glaze. Grill salmon with lid closed for 10 minutes. Brush fillets with more sauce. Grill with lid closed for 5 more minutes.
Serve fillets with reserved glaze.
