Quick Maranara Chicken

Introduction

A variation of Maranara Chicken, Quick and easy to fix. A variation of Maranara Chicken, Quick and easy to fix.
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    3 3/4 Lb Boneless, Skinless chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces

    1 24 oz Jar Ragu Thick and Chunky Garden Style Spaghetti Sauce

    1 6 oz can large olives, drained.

    1 tsp salt

    1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

    9 cups instant brown rice (prepared)



Directions

Cut chicken breast into bite size pieces, place in large bowl. Add spices, toss to coat. Place in hot oil in large skillet, simmer, covered until done. Uncover and cook off the excess liquid. Add drained olives and Spaghetti sauce. Simmer until warmed through.

Serve over rice

Serving Size: makes 9 2 cup servings (1 cup meat served over 1 cup rice)
